Prices and general conditions for your holiday in our holiday homes in the centre of St. Christina in South Tyrol

The prices are indicated per week.
For the apartment Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn the weekly prices are stated for 2 persons, for the apartment Odle for 4 persons.

From the 1st January 2018, we are obliged to charge a local tax of €2.00 per night for all persons over the age of 14. This charge is not included in the price.

Included in the weekly price per holiday home: Bedding, hand and shower towels, kitchen towels for final cleaning, free Wi-Fi, flat screen satellite TV and radio, ski storage and ski-boot warmer, parking space in the garage, lift, wash room with washing machine, changing of hand and shower towels during the week for stays of a week, morning bread delivery service for an extra charge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Checking in and checking out: The holiday home is available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival and until 9am on the day of departure - if you are arriving from 7pm onwards we ask that you let us know with a phone call.

Reservations: Only reservations that have been confirmed in writing by us are valid.

Cancellation policy: For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, the booking fee is withheld. For cancellations at short notice, late arrivals or early departures, you will be charged for all of the days booked. By paying the booking fee, the general conditions, in particular the cancellation policy, are considered as fully understood and legally accepted.

Payment options: We accept cash payments, bank transfers and EC cards.
